Lord Karthikeya Swamy (Murugan) Temple with Goddess Valli and Goddess Teyvanai has Lord Karthikeya Swamy (main deity), Lord Siddhi Vinayagar, Goddess Mariamman, Lord Hanumanji & Navagrahas Sannadhis. It’s one of the famous South Indian Temples situated in North India.
Maha Kumbabishekam of the temple was conducted in 1992; Utsava Vigraha Prathista took place in 1996; His Holiness of Kanchi Kamakoti Mutt visited the temple in 1997; Jenorthana Kumbhabishekam was conducted in April 2002; His Holiness Vijendra Sarswathi Swamigal visited the temple in late 2002; His Holiness of Sringeri Mutt visited the temple in 2003.
Regular poojas are being conducted daily with full devotion & dedication. All festivals are celebrated in true South Indian tradition and customs. During Skanda Shasti, Thai Poosam and other Murugan festivals, pal kudam and kavadi are taken in procession. Sri Rama Navami and Navratri are also celebrated in a grand manner. Annadanam is being done during all celebrations regularly.
The committee of Lord Murugan Bhakta Samaj has taken up in right earnest the holy project of
Lord Murugan, Goddess Valli and Goddess Deivanai
as per the aspirations of a large number of Devotees. The estimated cost of the project is around 4.00 lakhs.
The Committee appeals to all devotees to make generous contribution to accomplish the noble cause. Please donate liberally and be blessed by Lord Karthikeya Swamy. No amount is too small to the holy endeavour. Please do not hesitate to contribute, thinking that your contribution is a small amount. We are the strong believer of the famous adage “Little drops of water make the mighty Ocean.” Participation of devotees like you will help us to complete the sacred project at the earliest.
